Our Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 15 working days for your items to be made before they are posted. This is a maximum and we always strive for sooner!

We offer delivery via Royal Mail. At checkout you can choose between the following services-

Second Class: 3-5 working days after dispatch 

Tracked 48 hours: 2-3 working days after dispatch with full tracking 

Tracked 24 hours: 1-2 working days after dispatch with full tracking 

We recommend selecting a tracked service for full peace of mind.

IMPORTANT: NON-UK BUYERS 

International deliveries may be associated with import costs. Please make sure you are familiar with the relevant costs you may have to pay before purchasing. 

All international deliveries are sent Royal Mail tracked international. 

Our Returns Policy

If you have a problem with your order, need a different size or simply change your mind, please contact us via 'Get In Touch' or social media within 14 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your name, email address, order number and the reason for your return. 
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition. They must not have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use. If the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, the return will not be accepted. 
Please note that, unless an item is damaged or faulty, returns are posted at the buyers expense. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return any items.
